Cross Point Village is a Christian missions and ministry center in Belize. Our purpose is to provide a welcoming, practical home base where churches, mission teams, ministry leaders, and Christian families can stay while serving and experiencing the country of Belize.

Cross Point Village operates in the United States as a nonprofit missions arm of Mt. Victory Baptist Church. In Belize, it is established as a nonprofit corporation. This structure provides responsible oversight and accountability while allowing Cross Point Village to carry out its mission and serve churches, missionaries, and ministry teams in Belize.As a result, you can give with confidence, knowing your donation will be handled responsibly and used to support the work of Cross Point Village.

Cross Point Village is overseen by Pastor Steve Boots of Mt. Victory Baptist Church in Henrico, Virginia, who provides overall leadership and oversees operations from the United States and his frequent trips to Belize. Pastor Rigo Blanco and Gregory Blanco assist with leadership and operations in Belize. A board of pastors and Christian leaders provides accountability and promotes biblical ministry, responsible stewardship, and strong partnerships with local churches.

Cross Point Village is conveniently located near Belize City. We are approximately 15 minutes from Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport, 20 minutes from Independent Baptist Church of Belize City, and within driving distance of many of Belize’s communities, ministries, and major attractions.

We welcome church mission teams, youth groups, ministry organizations, pastors, Christian families, and other approved groups. We are also open to humanitarian groups, such as doctors, work groups, etc. Each reservation request will be reviewed to ensure that the group’s plans and purpose align with the mission of Cross Point Village.

Yes. Our team can help connect your group with appropriate ministry opportunities and assist with building a practical schedule. We want each team to serve where it can make a meaningful difference while also gaining a better understanding of the people, culture, and spiritual needs of Belize.

Group capacity depends on room availability and the particular needs of your team, but we can handle most groups. Please complete our Group Registration Form with your estimated number of participants, preferred dates, and lodging needs. A member of our team will contact you to discuss availability.

Cross Point Village provides group-friendly accommodations designed with mission teams in mind. Lodging arrangements may vary based on group size and availability. Specific room assignments and a current list of amenities will be provided before your reservation is confirmed. We are also adding to our available accommodations as work progresses, so check back often for updates!

Meal arrangements can be discussed as part of your group’s stay. Depending on the reservation package and current availability, meals may be provided on-site or coordinated with local restaurants and ministry partners. We will explain all meal options before your group confirms its reservation.

Rates vary depending on the size of the group, length of stay, meal arrangements, transportation needs, and planned activities. After we receive your Group Registration Form, we will provide an estimate based on your team’s specific needs.The following estimates can help you determine a general budget for your trip:Lodging: Rooms are typically around $50 per night. A room may accommodate a family or, in some cases, a group of up to six people who can divide the cost.Meals: Plan on approximately $20 per person per day for all meals.Airfare: Round-trip flights to Belize can often be found for under $500 through discount travel sites such as Expedia. Prices vary depending on your departure city, travel dates, baggage fees, and the time of year.

A deposit may be required to reserve your group’s dates. The amount, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and any applicable refund terms will be clearly provided before your reservation is finalized.

Begin by completing the Group Registration Form on our website. Please include your preferred dates, estimated group size, type of group, and the kind of ministry work you hope to accomplish. Submitting the form does not guarantee a reservation for your preferred dates, but we will do our best to accommodate your group. Your dates will be confirmed after our team reviews the request and contacts you.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for summer trips, school breaks, and other high-demand travel periods. Early registration gives us more time to secure lodging, coordinate ministry opportunities, and help your team prepare.

Most groups should fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport, commonly identified by the airport code BZE. It is the primary international airport serving Belize and is located near Cross Point Village.

Airport pickup and transportation may be arranged for registered groups. Transportation needs should be included on your registration form so that we can discuss availability, group size, luggage requirements, and any related costs. There are also options to rent vehicles at the airport and in the city.

Yes. United States citizens traveling to Belize must have valid passports. Every team member is responsible for meeting current passport, immigration, and entry requirements. Groups should verify all travel requirements before purchasing airline tickets. *Important note: If minors are traveling to Belize without both parents present, a notorized Child Travel Consent Form must be signed by one or both parents depending on with whom the child is traveling. If you need more information about this, please just ask.

Yes. Families and youth groups are welcome, provided that minors remain under the supervision of their parents or designated adult leaders. Each group is responsible for providing adequate adult supervision and following all child-safety requirements.*Important note: If minors are traveling to Belize without both parents present, a notorized Child Travel Consent Form must be signed by one or both parents depending on with whom the child is traveling. No. While missions and ministry are central to our purpose, availability may also be offered to pastors, ministry leaders, Christian families, humanitarian groups, and others who want a peaceful place to stay while visiting Belize. Contact us to discuss the purpose and details of your visit.

Yes. Belize offers remarkable opportunities to experience its history, culture, wildlife, islands, rivers, caves, and other natural attractions through snorkeling, zoos, cave tubing, and many other adventures. The islands are also a beautiful way to enjoy Belize. When possible, we can help your group balance meaningful ministry with opportunities to experience the beauty of Belize.

As with any international trip, teams should remain aware of their surroundings and follow local guidance, but Belize is generally a safe place. in which to conduct missions activities. Group leaders are responsible for supervising their participants and ensuring that team members follow the safety instructions provided by Cross Point Village and its ministry partners.

Travel and international medical insurance are not required but are strongly recommended. Each church, organization, family, or individual is responsible for determining the coverage needed for the trip.
